Conditions of participation

The promotion is in no way connected to TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by TikTok. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not TikTok, but Lifestyle Distribution GmbH, Raboisen 38, 20095 Hamburg, Germany (office@lifestyle-distribution.de) as the operator of the @ivyandlane TikTok profile
(in short: “organizer”).

The campaign runs until 31.05.2025.

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. No claims can be derived from this.

Eligibility to participate

Persons resident in Germany and Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of Lifestyle Distribution GmbH and the companies involved in the competition are excluded from participating in the competition.

Participation

To take part in the competition, the participant must upload a video to the TikTok app, link the channel and use the hashtag. The video must contain at least 1 product from Ivy & Lane. Participation in the competition requires acceptance of these conditions of participation. Participation in the competition includes consent to the naming of the profile name on the TikTok profile of Ivy & Lane in the event of a win. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons in the event of suspected manipulation, multiple participation or a breach of these conditions of participation at.

Profit

The prize is 1x Apple AirPods Max in silver. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged.
The prize cannot be transferred to third parties. The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the address they have provided.

Determination of profit

The winner will be determined by the organizer. The winners will be selected from all participants who have published a TikTok video in compliance with the conditions of participation. The winners will be notified via their TikTok profile and asked to send their full address (first and last name, street, zip code, place of residence) to the organizer as a private message via the corresponding TikTok function. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. Participants who provide incorrect personal data will be excluded from the competition.

Data protection and use

By participating in the competition, participants agree that their personal data, namely first name, surname, zip code, city, street, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address, may be stored and processed by Lifestyle Distribution GmbH and the commissioned processors for the purpose of sending advertising (brochures, product presentations, promotions, news articles, etc.) and presentations about existing and new products by post and electronically and may be transmitted to the aforementioned companies for the purpose described here. Any further transfer or storage of personal data will only take place to the extent and insofar as this is necessary for the direct processing and organization of the competition. The participants’ personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years. In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation, participants are entitled at any time to request Lifestyle Distribution GmbH to provide information about the personal data stored about them. You can request the correction, deletion and blocking of individual personal data at any time. You can also exercise your right to object at any time without giving reasons and amend the declaration of consent you have given with effect for the future or revoke it completely in writing. Final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
